Butterscotch Bird Nests

My kiddos are on spring break!! That means momma has to find lots of fun things to keep them busy, and this is a super easy treat they love to help with...

You only need 4 ingredients to make them...

Start by melting the butterscotch chips and peanut butter together. I use double boiler but you could easily melt them in the microwave too.

Once the mixture is melted, gently stir in the chow mein noodles.

Using two spoons, spoon out just enough of the mixture onto wax paper to make the shape of a small nest. Add two of the mini Cadbury eggs and give the nests a few hours to set at room temp. {Or you can speed things along by cooling them in the refrigerator}

Enjoy!

Thanks so much for reading!
