Butterscotch Pecan Pie

OH. MY. Goodness... y'all.

This pie is delicious... just 7 ingredients and 50 minutes and you will be in pie heaven...

It's a awesome spin on an old time favorite for sure.. who knew that just by adding butterscotch morsels you could make me love pecan pie even more?!

Here's what you will need to make a couple for yourself ;)

{recipe makes two pies}

1/2 cup butter melted & cooled              2 nine inch {frozen} pie shells
4 eggs, beaten                        1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup sugar                            1 6 oz package of butterscotch morsels
1 cup light corn syrup 

Preheat oven to 350*. In a large bowl, beat together butter, eggs, sugar and corn syrup. Pour equal amounts into both pie shells. Top both pies with equal amounts of pecans and butterscotch morsels. Bake for 50 minutes, allow to cool { my least favorite part} for at least an hour before slicing.... and... welcome to pie heaven ;)
